Meet Douglas Moss and Bryan Goldman, seasoned professionals in the construction industry with a shared passion for custom home building and renovation. Douglas, with years of experience, has mastered a wide range of skills, including home site and foundation layout, framing, siding, trim, doors, windows, hardwood flooring, tile flooring, deck building, and painting. He also possesses basic plumbing and electrical skills, making him a well-rounded builder. Bryan brings his extensive expertise in project management, client relations, and construction oversight, ensuring each project is executed seamlessly and to the highest standards.

Douglas completed college with a degree in finance and economics, honing his craft and techniques during school breaks. He worked with his father for a few years before venturing into multi-family construction and development as an assistant superintendent. Quickly rising through the ranks, Douglas became a lead superintendent in 2008. Bryan, with a background in architecture and construction management, complements Douglas’s skill set with his strategic approach to project planning and execution.

Together, Douglas and Bryan have developed an extensive knowledge of the construction and pre-construction development process. They have worked with architects, engineers, and municipalities to develop project plans, negotiate contracts, and spearhead the plan approval process with multiple jurisdictions around the southeast and mid-west. Today, Douglas and Bryan use their combined expertise to deliver outstanding custom home builds and outdoor living additions.
